It will be held on November 22 at the El GRECO Conference Center in Toledo.

Castilla-La Mancha has been chosen for its gastronomic personality, influenced by its multicultural culinary history and its active involvement in promoting and promoting the region’s cuisine through the Raíz Culinaria label.

The Gala will continue to have a high-impact format thanks to the combination of a face-to-face event, of high relevance and prestige, with digital amplification, to reach the largest possible number of gastronomy lovers.

The thousand-year-old city of Toledo, inscribed by UNESCO on the list of World Heritage Sites in 1986, drags behind it an unparalleled history and has been considered a true melting pot of cultures, having lived together in it for centuries and in peace, a significant population of Christians, Jews and Muslims. The imprint left by these three cultures and their architectural legacy have made Toledo one of the most desired tourist destinations on the Iberian Peninsula, both for national and international travelers. In addition, it enjoys good accessibility and a large number of hotel infrastructures.

The gastronomy of Castilla-La Mancha will take advantage of this unique event to become the national and international culinary epicenter and promote the most deeply rooted dishes in its recipe book. Once again, the hunting specialties that tell us about the region with the greatest hunting capacity in Spain will shine, those exquisite Manchego cheeses that have conquered the world, its iconic saffron, the famous Alcarria honey, the exceptional garlic that has become the first producing region in the European Union, the marinades that today almost all of us associate with its DNA, the exquisite local marzipan… and, of course, many other native dishes that make the palate fall in love, following the traditional recipe book or experiencing a new impulse after the update made by the amazing chefs that stand out in the different provinces of the region.
